The Norwegian Health Services Research Network (NHSRN) was established in March 2015. The Network connects everyone interested in health service innovation, evidence and improvement. Thus, it brings together those who produce and use evidence to improve services. The main aim of NHSRN is to promote high quality health services research in Norway.
A national steering group consisting of members appointed from public bodies, hospitals trusts, universities and other academic/research institutions heads the NHSRN.
The Department of Health Services Research at the Akershus hospital trust is coordinating the Network.
